Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Service Coordinator to manage service ticket creation, scheduling, and coordination of our service team. This role is critical to ensuring efficient operations, timely service delivery, and accurate processing within our service ticketing system.
Kindly note that this position is offered as a 6-month maternity replacement contract, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and track service tickets in the service ticketing system
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on priority, availability, and skill set
- Coordinate daily service routes and adjust schedules as needed for emergencies or changes
- Monitor ticket statuses to ensure timely completion and proper documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal teams regarding service schedules and updates
- Maintain accurate records, service notes, and job details within the system
- Assist with reporting,
follow-ups, and service billing preparation as needed
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and service-level expectations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- Previous experience in dispatching, service coordination, or call center operations preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with service ticketing systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting field service teams
- Knowledge of work order or service management systems
- Basic understanding of service operations or maintenance workflows
