- Over 9+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Development, including analysis, modeling, design, coding, testing, and implementation.
- Robust experience in Salesforce CRM modules, particularly Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Communities, with a focus on retail industry clients.
- Proven experience working in fast-paced Agile environments, participating in Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Grooming sessions.

- Visualforce Pages & Components
- Apex Classes, Triggers, and Test Classes
- SOQL & SOSL queries
