Job Description: Role: BSA/ Tech Lead

Duration: 12 months

Location: Toronto

Hybrid: 2 days a week in office

- Lead business and systems analysis for enterprise‑scale data warehousing and analytics initiatives.

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data and reporting solutions.

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including BRDs, FRDs, and data mappings.

- Serve as a technical lead, guiding data warehouse design decisions and best practices.

- Design, review, and optimize dimensional data models (facts, dimensions, star/snowflake schemas).

- Write, optimize, and review complex SQL queries for analysis, validation, and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Architects to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.

- Support ETL/ELT pipeline design, data integration, reconciliation, quality, and lineage.

- Act as a liaison between business, engineering, and analytics teams; support UAT and agile ceremonies.

- Bring 8+ years of experience with solid SQL, data warehousing expertise, and excellent communication and documentation skills.
