Qualifications Experience
Total Experience '-15-18 years in project/program management| with at least 8 years in a leadership role managing large-scale| concurrent projects.
Domain Expertise -Proven success in banking| financial services| or technology sectors| with experience in digital transformation| regulatory compliance| or operational excellence.
Methodology Proficiency- Expertise in Agile (Scrum| Kanban) and traditional project management frameworks| with the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g.| Jira| MS Project| Smartsheet) and collaboration platforms (e.g.| Confluence| Share Point). Certifications PMP| Prince2| or equivalent certification required.
Agile Scrum Master certification is a robust asset.
Education Bachelors degree in Business| Engineering| Computer Science| or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
