Responsibilities:
- Review and validate claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable policies, contracts, and legal standards
- Analyze complex and legacy claims, including historical files that may be incomplete, technical, or difficult to interpret
- Conduct detailed document review in both French and English, ensuring consistency and accuracy across bilingual materials
- Perform discovery-related tasks, including document review, issue spotting, and organization of materials for legal proceedings
- Execute privilege review to identify and appropriately categorize protected or confidential documents.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of claims, investigations, employment experience
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
- Strong attention to detail (document-heavy review work)
- Ability to handle sensitive subject matters
- Legal review / claims processing background
- Experience with document review is preferred
Compensation:
The estimated total compensation for these roles is $125,000-$130,000.Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
