We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to support Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity initiatives, driving coordination, structured documentation, and stakeholder alignment across multiple technology work streams.
Location: Hybrid Toronto (1d - 2d/week)
Duration: 6 months w/ option to convert full-time
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Product Impact Review (PIR) requests, including distributing templates, collecting vendor inputs, and maintaining tracking artifacts
- Capture and document business and technical requirements in a transparent, structured, and consistent format
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to ensure alignment and progress
- Track initiatives, follow up on action items, and proactively drive next steps to maintain momentum
- Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies (e.g., vendor delays, missing information)
- Support Architecture Review Board (ARB) processes, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize templates, documentation, and delivery approaches
- Maintain and organize content repositories (e.g., Share Point), ensuring information is structured and accessible
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator within an IT or technology environment
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to translate ambiguous input into clear, actionable requirements
- Proven ability to work across technical teams and business stakeholders
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Share Point, Teams, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Service Now or similar ITSM tools is an asset
- Exposure to enterprise architecture, governance processes, or cybersecurity environments is a plus
