Harriet’s Rooftop is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant & Pool Supervisor to support our dynamic rooftop operations for the Summer season. Overlooking the Toronto skyline and Lake Ontario, Harriet’s Rooftop offers a vibrant atmosphere where guests enjoy exceptional food, craft cocktails, and elevated poolside service.
The Restaurant & Pool Supervisor will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring seamless service, and leading the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

General Responsibilities
- Support the management team in overseeing daily restaurant and poolside operations
- Supervise and guide front-of-house team members to ensure exceptional guest service
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure service standards are maintained
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure team members adhere to company policies, service standards, and health & safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of restaurant and pool areas
- Support training and development of team members
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work setting
Qualifications
- 1-2 years in previous supervisory experience in hospitality or food & beverage preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a valid and up-to-date Smart Serve certification
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
