About the Role

Micronetbd helps organizations deliver real results on Salesforce-based platforms, including legal and industry-specific solutions.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and Litify implementation projects for law firms and legal service organizations. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

This role requires strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystems, implementation methodologies, and the ability to manage client expectations in a consulting environment.

What You Will Do

- Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce and Litify implementations
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring explicit communication and stakeholder alignment
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, architects, and QA
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and approved before development begins
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives (Agile environment)
- Ensure quality delivery through proper testing, UAT coordination, and acceptance criteria validation
- Oversee data migration, deployment, and go-live activities
- Drive client adoption through proper planning of training and change management




- Maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and stakeholder updates
- Work closely with sales and leadership teams for project estimation, planning, and resource allocation

What You Bring

- 3+ years of experience in project management for Salesforce or SaaS implementations
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform (Admin-level knowledge expected)
- Experience managing end-to-end implementation projects (not just support work)
- Familiarity with Litify or legal case management systems is a strong advantage
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Click Up, or similar)
- Understanding of data migration, integrations, and system deployment processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce certifications (Admin, PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent)
- Prior experience managing Litify implementations
- Understanding of legal workflows (intake, litigation, PI, case lifecycle)
- Experience working in consulting or professional services environments
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Ability to present project updates to senior stakeholders and executives
