We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our clients team in a fast-paced, high-performance setting. In this role, you will play a critical part in assembling accurate cost estimates across a range of projects during the sales and budgeting phases. Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for complex structures and projects.
- Review and validate estimates produced by team members, applying strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Conduct gap analyses across various commodities, performing root cause analysis and delivering actionable reports with recommendations.
- Prepare detailed documentation outlining the full scope of work included in estimates and proposals.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met within budget constraints.
- Review RFQs, contracts,



and bid documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with proposal standards.

Qualifications

- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience in construction or manufacturing environments.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction and engineering drawings.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in Power Apps and Power BI considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and produce accurate estimates with limited information.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Pay: $80,000 – 90,000 annually

On-site in Richmond, BC 5 days per week
