Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Full Charge Bookkeeper. The candidate will manage financial transactions, oversee and prepare financial statements, process payroll taxes, and handle bookkeeping operations, including journal entries and accounting tasks.
The role also requires maintaining accurate financial records to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with creating and analyzing Financial Statements
- Competency in performing Journal Entries and Bookkeeping tasks
- Ability to calculate and manage Payroll Taxes
- Background in general Accounting practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and solid technical skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and capability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Relevant certification such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or equivalent is an advantage
