Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Dealership Service Advisor at one of our Client's stores located in Kamloops, BC. The Service Advisor will serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing service needs and ensuring exceptional care.



Daily responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, communicating with technicians, preparing cost estimates, providing updates to customers, and coordinating repairs to ensure efficiency and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Customer service and relationship-building skills, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding client satisfaction. Automotive Industry experience is not required but looking for applicants with sales experience in other roles.
- Ability to schedule service appointments, communicate effectively with team members, and provide timely updates to customers
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
