What You 46;ll Be Doing as the Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk
- Downloading and processing invoices with precision
- Entering data into the accounting system accurately and efficiently
- Performing 2-way and 3-way matching against purchase orders and receipts
- Coding invoices, including non-stock items
- Issuing cheques and supporting payment runs
- Communicating with internal teams and vendors via email
About You as the Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk
- Experience handling 2-way/3-way matching in a structured AP environment
- Comfortable working with inventory-related invoice matching
- Confident issuing payments and supporting cheque processing cycles
- Able to quickly learn new systems and adapt to established workflows
