We are looking to hire a results-oriented individual who is passionate about beer and looking to embark on a journey to assist our Finance Department in the Mississauga office.
Description of Role:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the desired candidate will have the following responsibilities:
· Identify cost saving opportunities and inefficiencies.
· Review and analyze General Ledger transactions and prepare accurate and complete journal entries.
· Monitor and analyze monthly variances to budget and trend analyses.
· Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
· Manage cash flow planning and cash disbursements.
· Manage full cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, reconciliation).
· Preparation and filing of monthly taxes.
· Perform monthly, quarterly and year end close processes.
· Assist with policy and procedure documentation.
· Prepare financial statements and internal reporting.
· Monitor customer accounts and collection process.
· Assist with landed cost calculations.
· Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards.
