Position Overview
The President, Venue Division is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and growth of Stagevision’s venue business across North America. This role carries full P&L; accountability and integrates operational excellence with commercial strategy—driving revenue growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, the President will shape and execute the division’s strategy, scale the business through both organic growth and acquisitions, and build a high-performing, client-centric organization. This leader will foster a culture grounded in collaboration, creativity, accountability, and a relentless focus on delivering value to clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Leadership & Strategy
· Define and execute the strategic vision for the Venue Division, aligned with Stagevision’s broader North American objectives.
· Translate strategy into clear, actionable priorities across operations, sales, and client experience.
· Lead organizational design, ensuring the right structures, capabilities, and resources are in place to scale effectively.
· Champion change initiatives and lead M&A; integration to deliver on growth and value creation objectives.
Financial & Operational Performance
· Own full P&L; responsibility, including revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management.
· Drive operational excellence across all venues, ensuring consistency, scalability, and high-quality execution.
· Balance disciplined cost management with targeted investments that enable innovation and long-term growth.
· Partner with Finance to deliver rigorous performance management, forecasting accuracy, and actionable business insights.
Revenue Growth & Strategic Partnerships
· Lead the expansion of strategic accounts within the venue and hospitality segments across North America.
· Drive new business development while deepening existing partnerships to maximize long-term value.
· Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
· Oversee sales strategy, pipeline development, pricing, and contract negotiations across the division.
· Represent Stagevision at industry events and forums to strengthen brand presence and market leadership.
Sales & Commercial Excellence
· Establish and execute scalable sales programs, processes, and performance frameworks.
· Leverage data, CRM systems, and market intelligence to optimize sales effectiveness and decision-making.
· Partner with sales leadership to enhance lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion performance.
· Ensure alignment of pricing strategies and commercial terms with market dynamics and company objectives.
Client Experience & Market Leadership
· Champion a client-first culture that consistently delivers exceptional service and measurable outcomes.
· Monitor and elevate client satisfaction, ensuring long-term retention and partnership growth.
· Position Stagevision as a trusted, innovative partner within the venue and hospitality ecosystem.
People & Culture
· Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams across operations and sales.
· Drive leadership development, succession planning, and organizational capability building.
· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
· Partner with Human Resources to design and implement effective talent, performance, and incentive programs.
Qualifications
· 15+ years of senior executive leadership experience with full P&L; accountability, ideally within hospitality, venues, or a related service-driven industry.
· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
· Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
· Deep expertise in sales leadership, complex deal structuring, and contract negotiation.
· Strong financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, performance management, and value creation.
· Demonstrated success in leading mergers and acquisitions and integrating businesses effectively.
· Proven ability to build and develop high-performing, scalable teams.
· Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
· Experience leveraging CRM systems and data to drive performance.
· Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, growth-oriented environment.
