Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Software Implementation & Training to lead and scale our end-to-end SaaS implementation and onboarding organization. This role is responsible for overseeing client delivery,



managing implementation and consulting teams, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience as the business continues to grow.

This is a senior leadership position ideal for an individual with deep expertise in SaaS implementations, people leadership, and process optimization within high-growth environments. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to drive operational excellence, delivery efficiency, and exceptional client outcomes. The Associate Director of Software Implementation & Training will lead a team of approximately 15 Implementation Specialists and Practice Consultants and manage delivery capacity across a portfolio of 20–60+ concurrent client implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Specialists and Practice Consultants, fostering accountability, high performance, and professional growth.

- Own the end-to-end SaaS implementation and onboarding lifecycle, from kickoff through go-live and early adoption.
- Design and scale repeatable delivery processes that support rapid client growth while maintaining quality, consistency, and predictability.
- Oversee multiple concurrent client implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high levels of client satisfaction.
- Partner closely with Practice Consultants to ensure effective client onboarding, training, and adoption of the BoomerangFX platform.
- Establish, track, and optimize delivery KPIs, team performance metrics, and client feedback to continuously improve onboarding outcomes.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex delivery challenges or client issues, driving timely resolution across internal teams.
- Attend client meetings as needed, including escalation calls, to support issue resolution, alignment, and client confidence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales,



and Customer Success to align delivery priorities and improve implementation efficiency.
- Define, document, and enforce implementation standards, SOPs, and quality benchmarks across all delivery workflows.
- Scale the delivery organization through effective capacity planning, onboarding, and enablement of new team members.
- Oversee project tracking, reporting, and delivery visibility using tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across implementation, training, and rollout processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5–10 years of experience in SaaS implementation, delivery operations, or client onboarding leadership roles.
- 3–5 years of senior-level people management experience, including leading teams with competing priorities and high delivery volumes.
- Proven success leading and scaling client-facing delivery teams in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of SaaS onboarding frameworks, implementation methodologies, and client adoption best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of concurrent client implementations.
- Previous hands-on experience managing and resolving complex customer escalations.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and operational KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in healthcare SaaS, EMR, or practice management software
- Background in operations leadership within scaling SaaS organizations
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification
- Familiarity with customer success or client health platforms (e.g., Churn Zero)
