What You’ll Do
You are responsible for bringing in revenue. That’s the job.
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities (brands, startups, agencies)
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of leads
- Reach out (cold + warm) and get meetings booked
- Pitch OMENS’ services in a compelling, tailored way
- Close deals and negotiate contracts
- Develop long-term partnerships, not one-off transactions
- Work directly with the founder to align on strategy and targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to close deals (not just “generate leads”)
- Strong network or ability to build one quickly
- Comfortable with cold outreach, pitching, and rejection
- Understands creative/marketing/media (or learns rapid)
- Clear communicator—confident, sharp, and persuasive
- Self-directed: you don’t wait for instructions
Bonus If You Have
- Experience selling creative, content, or marketing services
- Existing relationships with brands or decision-makers
- Background in agency, media, or startup environments
Compensation: Base + Commission
This role is designed to scale with performance. If you bring in deals, you will be paid accordingly.
