Key Responsibilities: 4 days in the Mississauga office
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using LWC and Apex
- Build and configure Omni Studio components (Omni Scripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors)
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure high-quality code through best practices, testing, and code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability
- Contribute to architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
- Solid hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proficiency in Apex (triggers, classes, integrations)
- Experience with Omni Studio (Vlocity) tools
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II or similar)
