About the Role
We are currently hiring a Promotions Coordinator to support the planning and execution of live promotional campaigns.
This is a people-focused, field-based role, where you will be involved in coordinating event setups, representing client brands, and contributing to the overall performance of each campaign.
The position offers structured training and clear progression opportunities into leadership and campaign management roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute event-based and retail promotional campaigns
- Represent financial services and nonprofit clients in face-to-face interactions
- Engage with customers professionally, providing information and support
- Assist with campaign setup, logistics, and breakdown
- Track performance metrics and support ongoing campaign improvements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery standards
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Strong communicators with confidence in face-to-face environments
- Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced settings
- Results-oriented with a willingness to learn and improve
- Reliable and able to take ownership of their responsibilities
- Experienced in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, events, or similar preferred)
