As part of the development of its Toronto hub, MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a Production Scheduler in aerospace.

Your next challenge:

We are seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and detailed production plans, ensuring alignment with S&OP; forecasts and manufacturing capacity. This role is critical for seamless coordination between production, procurement, and quality teams to meet delivery targets and prevent bottlenecks.

- Develop and adjust production and procurement schedules based on demand and capacity.
- Monitor MRP data, stock levels, and KPIs such as On-Time Delivery and schedule accuracy.
- Manage SAP master data (work centers, routing, capacity, lead times) and drive system process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional production meetings (MPS & WIP).
- Support manufacturing operations with visibility on materials, capacity, and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement of SAP (PP module) and production planning processes.

Who are you?

- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent, with over 5+ years of experience in production planning/control in aerospace (preferably).
- Strong SAP/ERP expertise,



especially in the PP module.
- Knowledge of MRP, forecasting, and manufacturing environments (AS9100 experience is a plus).
- Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
- Availability to work in office, 5 days per week.

What to expect during the recruitment process?

- 15-20 minutes of telephone interview with a talent acquisition partner;
- A standard one-hour initial consultation with the business manager via Microsoft Teams;
- A one-hour technical interview with a consultant on assignment to challenge your project management skills through scenarios or exercises;
- A final exchange with the agency manager/senior business manager to discuss the conditional offer and benefits.
