Job Title: Billing Representative

Location: Waterloo, ON or Richmond Hill, ON

(4 days a week in office until end of Aug 2026; 5 days a week in office starting from Sep 2026)

Duration: June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027

About the Role

We’re looking for a Billing Representative to support our Order-to-Cash operations, focusing on billing through third-party portals and delivering a seamless customer experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and help drive process improvements and automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer billing portal activities (onboarding, RFI, relationships)
- Handle billing inquiries, escalations, and account reconciliations
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT teams
- Improve billing processes and support automation initiatives




- Ensure compliance with internal controls and invoicing policies

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years in billing (software/tech industry preferred)
- Experience with billing portals: SAP Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, Taulia
- Strong Excel skills (macros), Power BI, MS Access
- Knowledge of invoicing, collections, and Order-to-Cash processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships

Nice to Have

- Experience with global billing
- Exposure to cloud, software licensing, or skilled services
