Senior Business Development Executive (Canada-Wide) — High Commission, High Impact

Aistrova Technologies is scaling fast, and we’re looking for one elite, national-level sales professional who knows how to hunt, close, and win.

We bring Tru Lexa - Canada-First legal AI for research, drafting and IP applications - to businesses across Canada. If you thrive on uncapped commission and want to build serious income, keep reading.

The Role

National, Canada-wide territory

You will own all of Canada, including: BC & Prairies, ON & QC, and Atlantic Provinces

What You’ll Do

• Sell to SMBs and mid-market companies (legal sector focus)

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and close

• Work directly with the founding team to customize solutions

• Build and manage your own pipeline

• Commit full time to the role

• Target high-value deals and recurring SaaS revenue

Compensation (The Numbers)

Independent Contractor — No Cap

• Commission-ONLY role: earn 50% commission on all closed revenue

• Uncapped earnings — no ceiling, no territory limits

• Recurring revenue on multi-year SaaS contracts

• Fast payouts: Paid monthly after customer payment clears

Income ambition:

• Designed for someone targeting $200,000+ annually

Example Earnings

• Close $100K/year = $50K commission

• Close $200K/year = $100K commission

• Close $400K/year = $200K commission

Who Thrives Here

Required:





• 5+ years B2B tech sales experience

• Proven track record closing $100K+ deals

• Strong hunter mentality

• Comfortable with commission-only income

• Able to work full-time

Preferred:

• Experience in or selling to the legal field

• Consultative selling with technical or complex products
