We are hiring a Safety Administrator to support a busy safety team on a 1-month contract with potential for extension. This role is focused on managing contractor compliance platforms and ensuring all requirements are met.
This is an in office role in South Edmonton starting immediately.
What You’ll Do

- Manage contractor compliance platforms, including Avetta, ISN, and/or Comply Works
- Ensure all contractor compliance requirements are current, complete, and accurate
- Coordinate with contractors to collect, verify, and maintain required documentation
- Support the internal safety team with compliance tracking, reporting, and administration
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding compliance items
- Maintain organized, accurate records across systems

What You Bring

- Hands-on experience with Avetta, ISN, or Comply Works (must have experience in at least one)
- Ability to step into this role quickly with minimal onboarding
- Comfort working in a structured, compliance-driven environment




- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data
- Experience supporting contractor or vendor compliance is required
- Exposure to safety programs or OHS environments is an asset
