OWL POD is the largest GP Psycotherapy group in Canada at 42 docs and 3 Psychiatrists 600 referrals a month. We see 150,000 visits a year, so we are always looking for recent docs!
We are 100% virtual and you can book your appts any time.
Our split starts at 80/20 but many of our docs pay less than 5-10% when they hit thresholds
We are doctor run, led, and owned - so we are always trying to help our docs by focusing on “doctor centered care “
Our minimum requirements are 60 hours a month anytime you want , 2 days a week or 8 days a montb. Our hours are 7am - 11am x 365 days.
We have monthly staff meetings online to meet build community and hang out and get some cme. We have yearly retreats.
