The new Center of Excellence is a strategic and unified group whose purpose is to leverage the transformative power of data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support scientists in developing more innovative and transformational medicines for patients worldwide.

Your mission (…should you choose to accept it!) :

We are looking for an experienced Training Project Manager to support the implementation of the Learning & Development and Operational Guidelines workstreams.

This role is essential in helping the Center of Excellence evolve from fragmented, manual legacy processes into a unified, scalable, and reliable model.

Your daily responsibilities will include :

• Workstream Execution: Support workstream leads in the implementation of defined workstream components.

• Roadmap & KPI Management: Participate in the review and maintenance of roadmaps and key performance indicators (KPIs) for both workstreams.

• Learning Expert Support: Be certified as a Learning Expert and contribute to training assignment and management.

• Scientific Knowledge Training Support: Serve as the U.S. point of contact and be responsible for organizing and executing scientific knowledge trainings and workshops.

Your future team :

You will join our client’s Center of Excellence team, which acts both as a strategic catalyst and operational backbone, enabling improved performance, transparency, and accountability.

You :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with relevant training and experience that meet the role criteria.

• Mandatory project management coursework or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, Agile methodology).

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the life sciences / healthcare sector (HCLS).

• Experience with L&D; information systems (e.g., Cornerstone).

• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, especially in dynamic and evolving environments.

• Strong facilitation skills, able to guide cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to translate a vision into practical tactics and measurable success criteria.

• Experience in operational leadership roles, ideally within matrixed team structures and collaborative projects.

• A strategic thinker with a strong focus on execution.

• Able to work independently and proactively, driving strategic initiatives to completion.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.





• Comfortable navigating complex and sometimes challenging stakeholder dynamics.

Nous recherchons un Responsable de Projet Formation expérimenté pour soutenir la mise en œuvre des volets Learning & Development et Operational Guidelines.

Ce rôle est crucial pour faire évoluer le Centre d’Excellence,



en passant de processus fragmentés et manuels hérités du passé, vers un modèle unifié, évolutif et fiable.

Le nouveau Centre d'Excellence est un groupe stratégique et unifié dont l’objectif est de tirer parti du pouvoir transformateur des données et de l’intelligence artificielle (IA) afin d’aider les scientifiques à développer des médicaments plus innovants et transformationnels pour les patients du monde entier.

Votre quotidien sera rythmé par :

- Exécution des projets : Soutenir les responsables des sessions dans la mise en œuvre des volets définis.
- Gestion des plans de route et KPI : Participer à l’examen et à la mise à jour des plans de route et indicateurs clés (KPIs) pour les deux projets.
- Support en tant qu'expert : Être certifié Learning Expert et contribuer à l’assignation et à la gestion des formations.
- Support pour les Formations Scientifiques : Être le point de contact aux États-Unis et responsable de l’organisation et de l’exécution des formations et ateliers en connaissances scientifiques.

Votre future équipe :

Vous rejoindrez l’équipe du Centre d’Excellence de notre client, elle joue à la fois le rôle de catalyseur stratégique et de pilier opérationnel, permettant d’améliorer la performance, la transparence et la responsabilité.

Vous :

- Licence ou diplôme supérieur, avec formation et expérience pertinentes répondant aux critères du poste.
- Cours ou certifications en gestion de projet obligatoires (ex. PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, méthodologie Agile).
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans les sciences de la vie / santé.
- Expérience avec les systèmes d’information L&D; (ex. Cornerstone).
- Expérience avérée en planification stratégique et exécution, notamment dans des environnements dynamiques et en évolution.
- Excellentes compétences en facilitation, capable de guider des équipes multifonctionnelles vers des résultats réussis.
- Très bonnes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles, à l’aise avec des parties prenantes variées.
- Capacité démontrée à traduire une vision en tactiques concrètes et en critères de succès mesurables.
- Expérience en leadership opérationnel, idéalement dans des contextes de structures matricielles et de projets collaboratifs.
- Esprit stratégique fortement orienté exécution.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, proactive, en conduisant les initiatives stratégiques jusqu’à leur aboutissement.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de résolution de problèmes.
