This is a founder-level strategic and analytical command post. As Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), you are the financial nerve center of Anime Universe. Every forecast, every flow of capital, every lever of scale—draws power from your foresight.

You don’t just track numbers. You architect the economic backbone of our world-building engine. You design systems that thrive in hybrid economies—where fiat, crypto, and token-based value converge.

You engineer systems of momentum. You map out futures, stress-test realities, and distill complexity into strategic clarity. Through your lens, data becomes direction, risk becomes opportunity, and creative ambition is grounded in scalable, financial precision.

Minimum commitment: 20 hours/week. If that’s not feasible, this isn’t your stage.

This is an equity partner role. That means:

- No upfront cash compensation
- Equity (shares) at founding partner level (vesting standard)
- Future token-based rewards (pending legal review)
- Salary activates with revenue-based milestones

Overview

We’re recruiting a VP,



Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) to serve as the founding strategist, system modeler, and fiscal command for Anime Universe’s multi-revenue, IP-powered entertainment ecosystem.

You will set the financial architecture and predictive intelligence for our proprietary stack:

- A zero-dependency revenue forecasting and cost modeling engine
- Cross-functional P&L; frameworks spanning content, platform, and merchandising
- Investment ROI systems for original anime IP and platform-scale tech
- Real-time, scenario-based models that inform both centralized and decentralized growth paths
- Executive and investor-grade storytelling through data-driven narrative
- Financial frameworks for token-based monetization (PIT tokens), IPX-driven licensing, and decentralized ecosystem incentives — with auditability and regulatory compliance
- Guide the financial evolution of our global growth strategy.

What You’ll Own

- Architect Anime Universe’s forecasting vision, capital allocation strategy, and long-range planning philosophy
- Design, own, and scale energetic models for revenue, cost, pricing, and investment returns across all business verticals
- Build capital frameworks for new forms of value capture—AI-native IP, on-chain asset markets, and community-driven monetization
- Partner directly with business leads to drive strategic decisions and operational discipline
- Lead and mentor a high-performance team of FP&A; analysts, BI engineers, and cross-functional collaborators
- Be the final voice on financial risk, funding scenarios,



and economic clarity behind creative and platform decisions
- Shape and execute board-level storytelling—investor decks, internal reviews, funding narratives
- Establish rituals of strategic foresight, financial storytelling, and model-driven alignment across the company

What We’re Looking For

- 10+ years in FP&A;, corporate finance, or strategic planning—ideally in media, SaaS, gaming, or subscription platforms
- Deep experience in high-impact budgeting, financial modeling, and investor reporting
- Proven track record of leading planning processes from zero to scale across creative or tech-heavy orgs
- Mastery in Excel and fluency in BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or custom dashboards)
- Comfort working across fiat, crypto, and token-based financial models
- Ability to support cross-jurisdictional financial compliance in rapidly evolving regulatory landscapes
- Strategic storytelling instincts—you transform data into conviction
- Ability to unify art, product, and finance through actionable insight and operational empathy
- Bonus: Experience supporting global IPs, licensing, or entertainment ecosystems; startup-to-scale-up finance leadership; web3-native or blockchain-integrated business models
