Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant (French Speaking)

Location: Remote But need someone from Canada

Employment Type: Full time / Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant based in Canada who is fluent in French and English. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM modules and the ability to support implementation, configuration, and ongoing system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, etc.)

· Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions

· Collaborate with stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams

· Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

· Provide user training and documentation

· Ensure compliance with Canadian HR and payroll regulations

· Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements

Required Qualifications:

· Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud

· Fluency in French and English (mandatory)

· Experience working with clients in Canada

· Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
