We are seeking an Account & Analytics Manager to support key retail accounts, combining commercial execution with data-driven insights in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.
This is a cross-functional role focused on driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying growth opportunities through analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver brand and category strategies across key retail accounts
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities for sales growth, profitability, and ROI
- Conduct data analysis and generate regular and ad hoc reports to support decision-making
- Analyze internal and external factors impacting sales performance
- Provide actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness and account performance
- Support sales meetings through presentations and reporting
- Manage deal sheets, pricing, and promotional tracking
- Resolve deductions and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Support promotional planning, product launches, and merchandising initiatives
- Coordinate SKU listings, discontinuations, and cost updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on priority projects and analytics initiatives
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience in CPG, retail sales, category management, or business analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and data/reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a matrix organization is an advantage
- Bilingual French & English is a plus
