Now Hiring: Project Engineer / Project Management Support

Location: Montreal, Canada

Work Model: Onsite – 5 days per week

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive engineering professional to support multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in project management, mechanical design, manufacturing, and inspection, who enjoys driving projects forward and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

What you will do:

- Manage multiple projects, including planning, budget tracking, action prioritization, and overall project coordination
- Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans
- Participate in cross-functional team activities and drive deliverables to completion through strong coordination and influence
- Build strong internal and external networks, including key stakeholders, suppliers, and digital solution providers
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify high-value project opportunities

Required qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Software Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- Knowledge of mechanical design,



GD&T;, manufacturing, and/or inspection
- Demonstrated experience in project management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent bilingualism in English and French
- Ability to work onsite five days per week

Preferred qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Engineering, MBA, or PMP certification
- Experience leading transformation initiatives and change management
- Background in aerospace, automotive, or similar industries
- Basic programming knowledge such as Python or C++
- Knowledge of metrology, manufacturing production, and inspection techniques
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Experience with Jira
