Notre client est un groupe immobilier en forte croissance, reconnu pour son approche entrepreneuriale et sa capacité à faire croître rapidement son portefeuille d’actifs. L’entreprise est actuellement dans une phase d’expansion soutenue, portée par une stratégie d’acquisitions active, tout en menant une transformation structurante de sa fonction finance.

Dans ce contexte, un projet d’implantation ERP est en cours afin de soutenir la croissance, améliorer les processus et renforcer la qualité de l’information financière.

Nous recherchons un Contrôleur financier qui souhaite jouer un rôle central dans cette évolution, avec une exposition directe aux décisions d’affaires et aux opérations.

Le rôle

Relevant du CFO et en interaction étroite avec les exécutifs, le Contrôleur occupera un rôle à la fois opérationnel et stratégique. Il sera impliqué dans la gestion quotidienne des activités comptables, tout en étant un acteur clé de la transformation en cours, notamment au niveau de l’ERP.

Le poste offre une belle visibilité sur les opérations immobilières ainsi qu’un positionnement au cœur des enjeux de croissance.

Responsabilités

Volet transformation / ERP

- Prendre en charge l’implantation du nouveau ERP
- Participer au comité de projet avec les équipes de direction, incluant les opérations
- Contribuer à l’optimisation et à la standardisation des processus
- Assurer l’adoption des nouveaux outils et accompagner les équipes dans le changement
- Supporter les étapes de go-live et la stabilisation post-implantation

Volet comptabilité et finance

- Superviser et soutenir les processus de clôture mensuelle et annuelle
- Renforcer les contrôles internes et assurer la fiabilité de l’information financière
- Participer à la gestion de la trésorerie
- Contribuer aux analyses financières et à la prise de décision




- Contribuer aux analyses financières et au support décisionnel
- Participer activement aux processus budgétaires, aux prévisions et au suivi de performance
- Développer et suivre des indicateurs de performance (KPIs) dans un contexte de croissance et d’intégration
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles dans un contexte multi-projets

Profil recherché

- Expérience en immobilier ou en environnement multi-entités (atout important)
- Expérience en implantation d’ERP ou en transformation de la fonction finance
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et en forte croissance
- Approche collaborative, orientée solutions, avec aisance à interagir avec des parties prenantes de niveau exécutif

Financial Controller

About the Company

Our client is a quick-growing real estate group, recognized for its entrepreneurial approach and strong track record of acquiring and scaling properties across its portfolio. The organization is currently in an active growth phase, driven by an active acquisition strategy and rapid portfolio expansion, while simultaneously transforming its finance function,



including the implementation of a new ERP system to support scalability, governance, and decision-making.

In this context, we are seeking a Controller who will play a key role both operationally and strategically within the finance team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the executive team, the Controller will be responsible for overseeing core accounting activities while playing a leading role in the ERP implementation. This position offers strong exposure to real estate operations and a strategic seat at the table in supporting business decisions.

Responsibilities

Transformation / ERP

- Lead the ERP implementation
- Actively participate in the project committee alongside the VP Operations and key stakeholders
- Drive process optimization, implementation, and user adoption
- Play a key role in change management and user training
- Support go-live preparation and post-implementation stabilization

Accounting & Finance

- Oversee and support monthly and year-end close processes
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting
- Support treasury activities
- Contribute to financial analysis and decision-making
- Partner with internal teams to ensure strong financial visibility, particularly in a multi-project real estate environment

Profile

- Real estate or multi-entity experience is considered a strong asset
- Experience with ERP implementation or finance transformation
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Collaborative, solution-oriented, and comfortable interacting with executive stakeholders
