It is a Technical Content Publisher role who is primary responsible for creating, managing, and publishing high-quality, accurate technical documentation, including process flows, procedure documents, user manuals, and release notes.
These roles focus on ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements and internal standards for accuracy.
Key skills for this role:
Bilingual: Preferred
• Solid HTML/CSS/JS skills to troubleshoot layouts and templates
• Hands-on with CMS workflows and manual promotions
• Not a developer/engineer and not a data entry role – someone in between who can publish and debug content independently
• Team Site experience preferred (AEM or similar CMS backgrounds are also fine
