- Collaborate closely with Clinical, Operations, and Member Enrollment teams to ensure successful integration and ongoing partner satisfaction
- Drive retention, renewal, and referral growth through proactive account management and regular engagement

Pipeline Ownership & Performance

- Own and maintain an accurate, high-quality pipeline in Hub Spot CRM, ensuring disciplined tracking of activity, relationships, and conversion progress
- Report on key performance metrics including pipeline growth, conversion rates, new partnerships, and partner-driven enrollments
- Provide regular forecasting updates and market insights,

including competitor activity and emerging opportunities in corporate health and wellness

Leadership & Representation

- Operate with strong autonomy, entrepreneurial thinking, and accountability for results while aligning closely with senior leadership on growth strategy
- Represent Harrison Healthcare with professionalism, discretion, and a relationship-first mindset, consistently reflecting the organization’s values and elevated standard of care

Requirements

- 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, or partnerships experience
