Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and managing all site activities, including production systems, design coordination, budgets, schedules, subtrades, performance, and profitability
- Providing direction, mentorship, and oversight to Superintendents and field staff, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Championing safety by stewarding the well-being of all personnel, conducting inspections, and proactively addressing risk
- Planning and scheduling work, establishing milestones, and allocating manpower and materials to meet project objectives
- Removing roadblocks and managing site risk across project setup, execution, and close-out
- Ensuring conformity with drawings, specifications, and quality standards while driving workmanship excellence
- Monitoring budgets and forecasts at the phase-code and cost-type level to identify gains and mitigate losses
- Overseeing third-party monitoring and testing in accordance with contract specifications
- Acting as the primary site interface for owners, maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication with project managers and stakeholders
- Identifying training needs, supporting apprenticeship programs, and developing high-performing, engaged teams
- Upholding organization, work methods, scheduling discipline, cost control, and lean construction principles

What You’ll Need to Succeed





You bring accountability, composure, and an inclusive leadership style to every project. You are hands-on, decisive, and trusted by your teams, with the ability to lead through complexity and pressure.

Requirements include:

- 10+ years of demonstrable experience as a Construction Superintendent with a large general contractor on commercial ICI projects
- 5+ years of experience as the head/lead/senior Superintendent on projects
- Proven experience overseeing and mentoring other Superintendents
- Majority of project experience in the $50M–$100M range
- Strong experience creating and managing schedules, operating scheduling systems, and planning complex logistics for the full duration of projects
- Deep understanding of site operations, safety leadership, quality standards, cost control, and lean construction practices
