About the Role:

Fitzrovia is seeking an experienced Property Systems Manager to take ownership of our property management technology platform. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad scope, sitting at the intersection of technology, operations, finance, and property management. This is a hands-on, technical role reporting to the Director, Information Technology. The role includes one direct report who provides operational and administrative support across the property systems function. The successful candidate will be the primary expert on all matters relating to Yardi Voyager and connected systems — responsible for platform integrity, documentation, cross-functional support, and delivery of a major platform upgrade. You will work closely with senior leadership and are expected to bring both technical depth and clear professional judgement to the role.

As we are a highly collaborative team, this role is full-time on-site, and the successful candidate will be required to work in the office Monday to Friday.

This posting is for an existing vacancy. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000, based on skills and experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for Yardi Voyager and all connected modules, including Elevate, Rent Cafe, Maintenance IQ, Virtuoso Marketplace and Client Central
- Maintain platform integrity across user permissions, group security configurations, scripting, leasing workflows and system-wide settings
- Regularly audit system configuration and data to identify inconsistencies, resolve issues and ensure accurate reporting across all stakeholders
- Administer new user setup, access controls and onboarding configurations as the business grows
- Manage and support backend SQL operations, including complex queries, data validation and controlled data changes
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Yardi Voyager 7 to 8 platform upgrade, including scoping, testing,



stakeholder coordination, cutover planning and post-migration support
- Manage new property onboarding in Yardi and all connected systems, including unit types, rents, amenity premiums, rentable items and associated marketing configurations
- Lead data transfer processes during asset takeovers, ensuring all unit, tenant and property data is accurately migrated
- Lead or contribute to the testing and deployment of application upgrades and third-party system updates within agreed timelines
- Operate within the company's change control framework for all system modifications, ensuring all changes follow approved process
- Enforce change control standards across the business, escalating where requests fall outside of approved process or risk platform stability
- Maintain clear records of all changes, issues and resolutions in line with business requirements
- Produce and maintain structured technical documentation for all PMS systems, configurations, integrations and processes to a professional standard
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for property management staff on system use and best practice
- Produce and distribute monthly updates to keep staff informed of system changes, tips and upcoming developments
- Manage and monitor all third-party system integrations, including condo portal feeds that surface live unit availability data
- Identify and resolve integration errors and data inconsistencies across connected platforms in a timely manner
- Act as the primary technical liaison for finance, marketing and property management teams on all Yardi-related queries, reporting issues and system triage
-  Liaise with third-party technology vendors and Yardi Client Central, managing escalations and ensuring project milestones are met
-  Receive, track, prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve all PMS-related technical issues reported by internal users
- Maintain a structured service ticket and request tracking system with transparent SLAs and escalation paths
- Travel to properties occasionally where remote resolution is not possible
- Provide day-to-day leadership to one or more team members, including mentorship, performance management, and professional development.




- Prepare annual T5018 filings for construction entities, ensuring compliance with CRA requirements

Qualifications and Experiences:

- Degree in Information Systems or a related field, and/or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of hands-on administration experience with Yardi Voyager 7S, with demonstrable depth across modules including Elevate, Rent Cafe, Maintenance IQ, Virtuoso Marketplace and Client Central
- Proficiency in Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR), including the creation and maintenance of custom reports
- Intermediate to advanced SQL capability, including complex joins, conditional logic and controlled backend data changes
- 3+ years in a systems administration, business analyst or platform management role
- Proven ability to operate within formal change control environments and enforce process discipline across a business
- Strong documentation skills — able to produce clear, accurate technical documentation and end-user guides to a professional standard
- Effective communicator — able to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders and escalate clearly when required

The following are preferred but not required:

- Direct experience with a Yardi Voyager major version upgrade
- Background in real estate or property management
- Accounting literacy sufficient to support finance teams with Yardi-related reporting, data integrity and query resolution; working knowledge of GAAP an asset
