Role: Tech lead Java full stack

Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid: 3 days a week in office

Primary Skill: Digital : ReactJS E1||Banking and Financial Technology E2||Application Migration E2

Key Responsibilities

Angular to React Migration Ownership

Own the end-to-end migration of UI components from Angular to React.js.

Analyze existing Angular components, modules, and shared libraries to document:

Functional behavior

UI flows and dependencies

State management and validations

Collaborate with architects and developers to define:

Migration strategy

Phasing and dependencies

Risk mitigation approach

Java Backend Alignment

Partner closely with Java backend teams to understand:

Spring Boot microservices APIs

Data models and business logic

Integration touchpoints and performance considerations

Ensure frontend changes remain fully aligned with Java-based services and contracts.

Support impact analysis for backend changes resulting from the frontend migration.
