Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. As a Quality Management Specialist, you will oversee and implement quality control and assurance processes for the company’s product lines. Key responsibilities include analyzing quality metrics, inspecting materials and finished products, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with product standards and manufacturing guidelines.



You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for continuous improvement in quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Quality Management, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control processes
- Highly developed Analytical Skills for data interpretation and quality assessment
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with manufacturing, production processes, and product compliance standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work workplace
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma) are an asset
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction materials industry is an advantage
