Role Description

One of our valued clients is looking for an experienced Fixed Operations Manager, to head up their parts and service departments.



Relevant industry experience is a must but we will also provide further training and process guidance as needed.

Qualifications

- Comprehensive knowledge of Dealer Operations and Fixed Operations
- Proven track record in improving Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction
- Solid skills in Operations Management, including team leadership and performance optimization
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in analyzing operational data and implementing improvement strategies
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with automotive industry software and tools
