We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Project Manager.

Our client, a well-established manufacturer in Peterborough, Ontario, is looking to add a strong Project Manager to their team. This role will be responsible for leading projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and customer expectations are met while working closely with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality. Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Lead projects from order handoff through planning, execution, delivery, and closeout
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, quality, and customer service
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project updates, schedules, and issue resolution
- Monitor project risks, identify roadblocks, and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track
- Track project costs, margins, and change orders to support overall financial performance
- Facilitate internal and external project meetings and communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure projects align with quality standards, operational requirements, and customer specifications
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution and workflow efficiency
- Assist with product launches, customer programs, process improvements, and other key operational projects as required

Mandatory Requirements:





- 5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, scheduling, and production flow
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external customers
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets, and competing priorities effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/project tracking systems
- Robust organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000
