The Senior Project Manager will lead and coordinate municipal infrastructure projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions for clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage municipal infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion
Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Support business development efforts and maintain solid relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Mentor, guide and develop junior team members, fostering a team-oriented and high-performance culture
Ensure technical excellence and compliance with regulatory, safety, and contractual requirements
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline; preference for P. Eng. designation
Minimum of 10 years of experience in municipal infrastructure related to Sewer/drainage, Roads, and/or Wastewater
Proven experience working with local developers, as well as municipal and provincial entities in Manitoba
Strong technical knowledge in engineering design, construction practices, and project management
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
Proficient in proposal writing and business development strategies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
