Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of technical experience in application development or Salesforce platform delivery
4+ years of experience leading and managing technical Salesforce teams
Strong experience in application architecture, solution design, and data modeling
Proven experience leading development and solution delivery teams in agile environments
Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other agile delivery frameworks
Solid understanding of Dev SecOps practices, automation, and up-to-date delivery pipelines
Experience supporting system design, development, testing, and release management processes
Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives and deliver enterprise-level solutions
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
