- Case Manager, Toronto, ON - Claims adjudication
- Case management of STD and LTD claims assisting clients in resolution of complex cases
- Absence Management

- Rehabilitation Specialist, Toronto, ON - Track, analyze and present the quarterly rehabilitation budget expense reports to policy holders

- Direct contact/meeting with policyholders, union representatives, plan members, physicians and other health care professionals
- Develop,



monitor and implement innovative vocational rehabilitation services and goal oriented rehabilitation plans for claimants in receipt of short and long term disability advantages
- Coordinate the services of external rehabilitation and medical management providers
- Contribute to the overall profitability of Group Disability by facilitating timely return to work for claimants. Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide reports outlining recommendations
- Participate in client meetings as part of the team representing Manulife Financial. Deliver web based presentations to National Rehab team on the topic of Effective Communication
