As an SAP HR Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our clients. You will leverage your deep expertise in HR and payroll processes and SAP SuccessFactors to deliver high quality, innovative solutions that align with our clients' business goals. Your role involves managing project teams, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of HR solutions from blueprint to go live.
In this role, you will actively identify and pursue innovative opportunities/approaches to create and deliver internal and external client value. You will ensure your team's work is innovative and drives value, leveraging Accenture's offerings and best practices. You will synthesize complex information to identify trends and potential issues, isolate root causes, and adapt to changing circumstances.
The Work:
- Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementations from project planning and scoping to execution, testing, and go live support.
- Create logical plans, realistic estimates,
and reasonable schedules for project related activities.
- Demonstrate sound business understanding and judgment for the company.
- Synthesize, distill, and reconcile key findings from complex information to identify trends and potential issues.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide training, or discuss project scope and objectives.
- Capture key decisions, action items, and feedback from workshops and circulate them to stakeholders post session.
- Track progress on all deliverables to ensure alignment with the project timeline and escalate issues where necessary; facilitate sign offs and ensure timely approvals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their HR needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring satisfaction with delivered solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations within HR and payroll operations, driving efficiency and enhancing client value.
- Analyze client requirements and design comprehensive payroll solutions that meet business objectives and comply with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, external vendors) to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall business processes.
- Contribute to execution of test plans to ensure quality and accuracy of solutions.
- Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, presentations, and client meetings.
- Propose innovative, creative solutions that reflect strategic business needs and industry best practices.
Here's what you need:
- Minimum of 7 implementation years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.
- Proven track record in managing end to end implementation projects.
- Experience managing teams and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including configuration, integration, replication, and reporting.
- Experience migrating SAP ECC to SuccessFactors and SAP S/4.
- Eligibility for Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
- English required for interaction with stakeholders across Canada, the US, and other countries.
Bonus Points if:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross functional teams.
- Experience in SAP on premise ECC modules (PA, OM).
- Proficiency in related SAP modules (e.g., Employee Central, Time Management).
- Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or Employee Central Payroll.
- Propose innovative, creative solutions that reflect strategic business needs and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business environments.
- Proactively mitigate risks by identifying potential pitfalls and developing strategies to avoid them.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
