Manage IT/OT cybersecurity initiatives and infrastructure strategy in a key operational leadership role. Ensure robust compliance, effective governance, and enhance cybersecurity across critical environments. In this position, you will spearhead the strategy for IT/OT infrastructure development and cybersecurity management. Your role encompasses oversight of compliance frameworks, vulnerability management, and the execution of disaster recovery plans. Collaborating with the Systems Integration team, you'll work towards maintaining high-performance levels across IT and OT platforms, all while enhancing security measures to align with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee IT/OT cybersecurity risk assessments and compliance • Develop and enhance infrastructure policies and procedures • Manage performance and configuration of network systems • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity efforts • Maintain vendor relationships and enforce SLA standards Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent • At least 7 years in IT/OT infrastructure roles • A minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity • Solid background in network architecture and systems security • Experience with enterprise firewall technologies Lead cybersecurity and infrastructure projects to drive strategic governance and operational excellence in a supportive work environment.
