Drive equity and inclusion initiatives as a Senior Lead. This role focuses on creating a diverse and accessible environment through strategic programming and impactful community engagement. As a Senior Lead in Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (EDIA), you will advise and support the development of an inclusive university strategy. Your responsibilities will include creating actionable plans, leading projects, and fostering partnerships while ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also engage with the university community to eliminate barriers and promote inclusivity. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement EDIA programming • Chair the EDIA Committee and coordinate activities • Develop, evaluate,



and report on EDIA strategy • Advise leadership on sensitive equity matters • Lead cross-functional EDIA projects and teams Requirements: • University degree in a relevant field; graduate preferred • Minimum five years in EDIA advising roles • Proven experience in project management and leadership • Robust communication and conflict resolution skills • Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements Make a significant impact by advancing equity and inclusion through strategic initiatives and collaborative efforts.
