You will source deal flow while cultivating deep relationships across the venture-backed ecosystem and educating stakeholders about liquidity opportunities. Your efforts will directly impact the facilitation of seamless transactions in a high-ownership role. Key Responsibilities: • Build a portfolio of GP and LP relationships • Source fund resale deal flow proactively • Develop knowledge of fund structures and transfer mechanics • Collaborate on co-brokerage arrangements • Track pipeline and revenue metrics effectively Requirements: • 6+ years in LP secondary transactions or fund intermediation • Proven ability to build trusted relationships in finance • Deep understanding of fund economics and SPV processes • Strong communicator with institutional investors • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed or eligible Excel in a energetic environment, driving fund secondary strategies by leveraging extensive relationships and industry expertise.
