Act as the primary technical support for customers as a Product Support Engineer. Deliver remote assistance while ensuring prompt issue resolution, minimizing operational downtime, and enhancing client satisfaction. In this role, you will focus on continuous improvement of the ControlHub, implementing alert-handling procedures, and managing customer health checks. Your ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including field service teams and customers, will be vital for ensuring effective solutions and promoting tool enhancements for optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver remote support and guidance to customers • Manage alerts, diagnose issues,
