Yoh offers an 11 month contract opportunity as a Field Marketing Manager - Customer & Demand Programs in the B2B Software / SaaS (Enterprise Technology) industry.

The role is hybrid, based in Toronto, ON, and reports to the client office.

Pay: $45-$50 per hour (max hourly rate) - Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

- Execute customer-focused marketing plans aligned with regional and global priorities to support retention, expansion, and product adoption goals.
- Help deliver integrated campaigns-including email nurtures, webinars, events, and in-product messaging-that help customers maximize the value of their Concur solutions.
- Assist Senior Client Marketing Manager to partner with Client Account Executives and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities for targeted outreach that supports account health and growth.
- Support customer advocacy initiatives by identifying and nurturing customers who can participate in case studies, testimonials, reference calls, and community programs.
- Leverage customer insights and feedback to shape campaign messaging and highlight real customer outcomes.
- Coordinate, launch, and measure customer marketing programs that drive engagement and deepen product usage.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing operations teams to ensure accurate lead and engagement tracking, reporting, and lifecycle management.
- Support forecasting, measuring, analyzing, and refining campaign performance on a monthly and quarterly basis to continuously improve impact.

Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing or related discipline.




- At least 2-3 years of marketing experience for B2B technology companies.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing programs to drive pipeline and generate revenue.
- Experience with CRM (), marketing automation (Marketo) and campaign tracking tools is required.
- Strong communication and influential skills and ability to work with diverse personalities across multiple time zones.
- Self starter who is committed to the job and seeks empowerment and accountability, with a positive can do attitude.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, events and projects independently.
- Sound analytical skills and experience, comfortable with working with data for regular business reporting.
- Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market dynamics.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and customer life cycles and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration for account growth and expansion.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on a broad variety of tasks, with sound experience in project management.
