The Details:
- Compensation: $24.00/hour -- $35/hour as you master new skills.
- Incentives: Performance-based production bonuses every quarter.
- Retirement:

- Shift: Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Material Flow: Managing the off-loading and palletizing of sheet metal from precision laser and plasma cutting tables.
- Shop Support: Assisting with material handling for blast and powder-paint lines.
- Organization: Ensuring the facility remains a "gold standard" shop for cleanliness and flow.
- Up-skilling: Taking the initiative to learn the operation of specialized fabrication machinery.
