Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role Woodbridge Pallet is looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support our day-to-day maintenance and repair operations on our afternoon shift. This role is a great entry point for someone looking to build a career as a Maintenance Mechanic or working toward a skilled trade in maintenance. This role is for a current vacancy. Key Responsibilities * Assist with general maintenance and repairs of equipment, tools, and machinery * Support preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime * Perform basic repairs (carpentry, minor mechanical work, general upkeep) * Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility * Assist with equipment inspections and report issues to the Maintenance Team Lead * Follow all health and safety policies and procedures Qualifications & Skills * Previous maintenance, labour,
