Seeking a motivated and reliable Personal Assistant.
Two part-time positions available, offering flexibility for the right candidate(s) in a supportive and team-oriented environment!
This role includes a mix of administrative, organizational, and light real estate-related support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support such as basic bookkeeping, data entry and prepare year end documentation for accountant (Xero experience will be considered an asset)
• Assist with preparing and updating online property listings on MLS
• Help with basic marketing tasks such as taking photos, virtual tours and social media.
• Assist with checking, preparing, and stocking rental properties
• Coordinate and communicate with utility providers such as TELUS, SHAW, Direct Energy, and the Town of Drayton Valley
What We`re Looking For:
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and learn quickly
• The ability to be flexible in task management and prioritization
• Ability to multi-task, and take initiative
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge and proficiency; Xero experience will be considered an asset.
• Personable, team-oriented, and professional
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Position Details:
• Part time
• Competitive wage ($25-$29 / Hour)
• Approximately 15-20 hours / week
• Position is in-office
• Supportive training environment - no prior real estate experience required, although it will be considered an asset.
