Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Mode of Work - Hybrid ( 4 days)

Location - Toronto ON

Mode of Interview - Face to Face

Job Description

•A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating mastery of core AI and machine learning concepts.

•A minimum of 3-5 years of qualified experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

•Strong proficiency in Python and at least one other programming language, with demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, scalable code.

•Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or equivalent tools.

•Understand statistics, probability, and the mathematical foundations underlying machine learning algorithms.

•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent), containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

•Design and implement data pipelines and have familiarity with SQL and data manipulation tools.

•Understand version control systems (Git), testing methodologies, and software engineering best practices.

•Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and AI frameworks.



Ability to translate complex problems into solvable technical specifications. Proficiency with data analysis, visualisation, and exploratory data analysis tools.

•Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to break down ambiguous business problems and propose creative technical solutions. Comfort with experimentation, iteration, and learning from failures.
